Our Energy Savings Agreements
The Energy Savings Agreement is a pre-paid preventative maintenance program that gives you peace of mind that your HVAC equipment is running at peak efficiency. In addition to providing annual preventative maintenance, the Energy Savings Agreement includes priority scheduling, discounts on repairs, inflation protection, and more.
An Energy Savings Agreement can be applied to a gas furnace, electric furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump. Trademark Mechanical can also set up annual preventative maintenance plans for humidifiers, boilers, and water heaters.
