The Trademark Mechanical technician 'Ken' arrived on time and was very courteous. He reviewed the history I had on the furnace and provided a detailed description of the testing he performed. A modification was made and the issue I was seeing did not surface after that. I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

They are wonderful! They took such great care of my 93 year old mom and replacing her furnace. She was struggling with back pain and their tech actually asked her if he could pray for her with her. She was so touched. He prayed for her and also gave her a hug. Nicest people ever. Their price was very reasonable as well.

They did Heat and air installationUsing a Coleman heat pump where both heat or air can go through existing vents. Having Air for the first time was great!Came by recently to check on Thermostat. Mike was very professional. He took the extra time needed to explain the system and reconnected to our new internet. He took the dead tree frog from the outside unit, little guy fried himself. I did not have to deal with that!

Our technician was Cody and he arrived on schedule. Then he explained what he would do for both our air & heating system. I learned a lot about our heating system (we just moved in less than a year ago). Then Cody went thru the checks, replaced the air filter to the air system. At the end he told me how my system was doing and how long these should work with doing these annual service. I was happy with Cody’s work and most importantly to me was over health of the system and life left explanation.

I had a new water heater installed with water softener, all of the teams that came in were very professional, courteous and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves, which was refreshing. They made sure to show and explain everything. Justin, My electrician, Trevon my plumber everyone was very nice and polite and I would recommend them to others to use 100% as they did an excellent job.

Excellent communication from the whole team. So glad I called them out to look at my heating/cooling system. I was reminded of how old my eater heater was. It was 4 years overdue! Who knows what could have happened if we didnt get it replaced. The replacement team (father and son duo) were very quick with the install. I was kept in the loop and impressed with their professionalism. Kudos to the company as a whole.

After a furnace tuneup and the unfortunate news that it was at the end of its life, Trademark had a brand new system installed a day and a half later. The salesman took his time to lay out our options and what would work best for us, and the install techs were in and out in a flash!
