Our technician was Cody and he arrived on schedule. Then he explained what he would do for both our air & heating system. I learned a lot about our heating system (we just moved in less than a year ago). Then Cody went thru the checks, replaced the air filter to the air system. At the end he told me how my system was doing and how long these should work with doing these annual service. I was happy with Cody’s work and most importantly to me was over health of the system and life left explanation.

Spencer, Caleb, and the plumbing team, sorry didn’t catch their names, were all extremely competent, courteous and thorough doing our furnace, A/C and water heater replacement. So thankful for their combined talents! Also Edson for his expertise on our initial inspection, and Dan for his knowledgeable and thoughtful guidance in selecting our replacement equipment.

I had a new water heater installed with water softener, all of the teams that came in were very professional, courteous and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves, which was refreshing. They made sure to show and explain everything. Justin, My electrician, Trevon my plumber everyone was very nice and polite and I would recommend them to others to use 100% as they did an excellent job.

Excellent communication from the whole team. So glad I called them out to look at my heating/cooling system. I was reminded of how old my eater heater was. It was 4 years overdue! Who knows what could have happened if we didnt get it replaced. The replacement team (father and son duo) were very quick with the install. I was kept in the loop and impressed with their professionalism. Kudos to the company as a whole.

I felt bad not cancelling Manny coming out. So when he knocked on my door I was surprised. But I remembered him from last fall. I remember he kindly showed me how to hook up and drain tank yearly. When I apologized yesterday he was very kind saying no problem. (I wanted to adopt all the guys as they were all so nice, too)! Yes, he was very kind, nice, etc!!!

First of all Nikki called and offered The free inspection. It was good that we got an inspection because we were in need of a new furnace. Our furnace was over 20 years and had some problems. So we decided to replace our Furnace. Spencer arrived on time and installed the furnace. He had good craftsmanship and was very clean. I would recommend trademark Heating and Cooling to anyone. We worked with 2 different techs 3 days apart. I think I already gave a review of Bella’s work on first day. Second tech who came on a SUNDAY morning was a gentleman whose name I do not recall. He was very nice and explained what was happening in our situation. It was different than we thought. He did not have the equipment we needed but we went out and bought the necessary heat tape, insulation, etc and did our repairs. Our experience with Trademark has been excellent. Love the PINK VAN!!!
